AIM

Provides accurate and clear financial information about the hospital, according to local and international accounting standards.

ACTIVITY

  • – Follows up the process of payment to suppliers, physicians and staff.
  • – Records the process of receiving payments from both sections, the patients and the guarantors.
  • – Follows the movement of the purchasing in the hospital.
  • – Follows up the billing process: approvals, billing, signatures required, sending to guarantors in addition to the accounting entry and auditing.
  • – Audits all inputs to the accounting system as supplier’s invoices, patient’s bills, accounting entries and payments…
  • – Pursues collection from the guarantors by the PR rep, and the chief accountant and follow up continuous collection of receivables from the guarantors.
  • – Follows up bank movements and bank reconciliation procedures…
  • – Records VAT registration, tax salaries and wages.
  • – Prepares insurance contributions and family allowances.
  • – Handles and renewal of contracts signed with the guarantors.
  • – Prepares actual profit loss, Balance sheet and all related accounting entries.
  • – Facilitates the annual audit activity with external auditors.
  • – Develops and reviews all policies and procedures for the department.
  • – Develops a strategic plan and participates in the development of the general Strategic Plan Foundation in coordination with the heads of departments.
